Supervise and coordinate the activities of receiving, storing, preparing, and shipping goods
Optimize logistics flows to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
Manage stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
Manage logistics providers and transporters.
Implement performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure regular reporting.
Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Collaborate closely with purchasing, production, and sales teams.
Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
