Job / Role Summary

The Logistics Lead Supervisor is responsible for supporting end-to-end logistics operations by ensuring the efficient planning, execution, and control of inbound and outbound shipments. The role ensures compliance with local and international trade regulations while optimizing logistics costs, delivery performance, and inventory flow to meet manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics Operations Management

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including import/export activities, local deliveries, and warehouse coordination.
• Ensure the timely movement of materials, components, and finished goods.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve delays, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
