Qualifications and Experience: Grade 12 A relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management Relevant computer software (advanced Microsoft Word, Excel) 5 years experience at Supervisory level within the relevant field Working knowledge of vehicle tracking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Highly organized and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team Ability to build effective relationships Competent in problem-solving (problem analysis), planning, and decision making Employee relations and conflict management skills
