About the job Logistics Executive (Tuas) Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end marine logistics operations for import/export shipments.
- Handle documentation and permit applications for cargo, including Dangerous Goods (DG).
- Liaise with freight forwarders, port authorities, shipping lines, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor shipment schedules and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
- Prepare shipping instructions, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
- Verify and process Bills of Lading, delivery orders, and cargo manifests.
- Maintain records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Manage inventory and track cargo movement across various locations.
- Support incident reporting and investigation for logistics-related issues.
