We are looking for an
Logistic & Operations Coordinator
to support logistics, procurement, and equipment management across our industrial projects.
This is
not a general administrative role. The position is closely connected to
site operations, suppliers, and material flow, ensuring that equipment and materials are available where and when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate
logistics activities, including transport arrangements and shipment tracking
Manage
supplier communication, request quotations, and follow up on purchase orders
Track and manage
plant, equipment, and tools
(allocation, return, maintenance schedules)
Liaise with
rental companies
for machinery and project equipment needs
