(West/ Up to 4K/ 6 Day Work Week - Saturday WFH) Job Description Daily communication with Site team on their vehicle order to arrange job order for IE vehicles (e.g. lorry crane/self-loader) and order additional vehicles from approved vendors whenever required. Vehicle deployment plan sent out daily to group chat to highlight site and drivers on their job/vehicle details for the next day. Arrange lorry & drivers for site team with transport. Arrange for cover duties when drivers are unable to work for the day. Arrange transport for storeman/drivers back to dormitory. Arrange vehicle for quarterly maintenance. Arrange backup vehicle for drivers whenever there is any breakdown/ repair work as well as arrange for tow truck service which may occur after hours.
