About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the final movement of cleared goods with transportation companies and warehouses.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their shipments.
  • Handle basic customer inquiries and provide professional responses.
  • Perform general administrative duties (e.g., answering calls, managing emails, data encoding).
  • Assist the team in preparing reports and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, logistics coordination, or admin role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and is a great team player.
