Logistics Administrator (Exports)

Responsible for incoming containers with CBU’s as well as liaising with Bidvest on the unpacking of containers. Making sure each unit allocated and sent for conversions are released out of the bond stores. Ensuring all back and stock orders are allocated as well as assisting dealers with order queries. Preparation of shipping instructions for all imports and exports shipments. Responsible for dispatching all missing manuals to dealers on a weekly basis. Assisting the Sales Administration Team with dealer claims by first approving all claims. Investigating marine claims to send to India for approval/rejection. Backup and support for Logistics Assistants and Inventory & Debtors Clerk.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Formal certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
