Job Description
A Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery, coordinating with suppliers and transport providers, and maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records. The role supports supply chain efficiency while minimizing costs and delays.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations
- Arrange transportation (trucking)
- Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and customers
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve delays
- Prepare shipping documents (DR, invoice, packing list, B/L, etc.)
- Track inventory and update stock records
- Generate logistics and inventory reports for management
