About the Role
Install, service, maintain, and repair a wide variety of locking systems, access hardware, and master key systems.
Perform safe and vault services, including installations, emergency openings, combination changes, and troubleshooting.
Provide commercial, residential, and automotive locksmith services, including emergency lockout response.
Support hotel and resort clients with digital lock systems, key-card programming, and guest access solutions.
Assist electronic security technicians with job-site preparation, hardware staging, and minor installations.
Use internal systems and mobile applications to manage work orders, service records, and inventory usage.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism when working in customer-facing and hospitality environments.
Participate in scheduled and emergency after-hours service coverage.
Support inventory control efforts and ensure tools and materials are properly managed.
