Traffic Local Leader
The Traffic Local Leader provides leadership for the Parsons Colorado Traffic team as a member of the Colorado leadership team. The successful candidate will lead and mentor the Traffic Team, oversee staff development, resourcing, business development and project delivery, and perform and track project and task management for local and regional projects.
The successful candidate will oversee the group to ensure engineering subject matter expertise, technical deliverables, and programs are delivered with a level of quality that meets or exceeds industry and company standards. Responsible for innovation and administration; ensuring corporate compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements; and providing pragmatic direction to address current and future design challenges in a rapidly changing and complex business climate.
