- Assist clients in applying for loans and navigating the lending process.
- Evaluate loan applications and determine applicant eligibility based on predetermined criteria.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loan transactions.
