- Adapts charging speeds to match the high-volume, continuous demand of a wet-mix central plant versus the intermittent cycles of a dry batch setup.
- Operates heavy equipment with extreme spatial awareness of ground crew and trucks.
- Responsible for daily pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance of the loader.
