Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) configuration, including creating and maintaining analytical packages and custom test lists, and managing regulatory guidelines.
- Provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support special IT projects to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
- Troubleshoot IT issues such as printer connectivity, remote connections, and network problems, and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Collaborate with IT and laboratory teams to integrate LIMS with other systems and workflows.
- Participate in system validation, upgrades, and documentation processes.
- Install and configure new workstations for laboratory and office environments.
