We are seeking a hands‑on, service‑driven Superintendent to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our residential community. As a live‑in team member, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, ensure the integrity and upkeep of the property, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Salary: $30,000 - $32,000 plus an apartment as a taxable benefit
