Your primary responsibility will be ensuring timely responses to both routine and emergency maintenance requests within a vibrant environment that houses over 800 residents. A focus on general repairs, property upkeep, and collaboration with the team will maintain the community’s standards and safety. Prior experience in property maintenance or facilities support is advantageous for this role.
