Litigation Officer

Position Summary

The Lawyer / Litigation Officer is responsible for representing and protecting the Bank's legal interests in litigation, administrative, civil, criminal, labor, and regulatory proceedings. The role provides legal advice to business units, manages external counsel, ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and minimizes legal risks arising from the Bank's operations.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation Management

• Handle and manage all litigation cases involving the Bank, including civil, criminal, labor, collection, foreclosure, and administrative cases.
• Prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, affidavits, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
• Represent the Bank before courts, quasi-judicial agencies, government offices, and regulatory bodies.
• Attend hearings, mediations, conferences, and settlement negotiations.
