The Litigation Law Clerk provides administrative and transactional support to legal professionals and internal stakeholders across Colliers’ Ontario property tax services business. This position contributes to the efficient delivery of client service and offers the opportunity to build technical expertise within a collaborative, high‑performance environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, format and proofread a range of legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, Notices of Motion, Affidavits and other supporting materials.
- Use CLIO to maintain organized and up‑to‑date digital filing and proceedings management, ensuring data integrity across client matters.
- Provide support on appeal proceedings and applications by coordinating documentation, tracking deliverables, coordinating property inspections and disclosures, and assembling evidence in partnership with legal and valuation teams.
