Litigation & Contracts Manager

About the Role: To perform legal duties with reasonable care. In addition to being a legal mentor he/ she must ensure all business procedures are matching with all legal provisions. As one of the legal representatives of the organization, perform and manage various regulatory functions and oversee legal affairs, including contracts, litigation and regulatory compliance, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the litigation portfolio, including ongoing and potential disputes. Manage pre-litigation, arbitration matters.
• To assist external counsels in providing litigation, file any cases/writ, reply statement, affidavits. Manage external counsel for complex cases or matters requiring specialized expertise.
• Drafting of Legal Notice, issuing responses to notices, Cease & Desists, recovery notices, etc. Manage cases related to debt recovery, asset possession and breach of contracts.
