G5 - Linux Server Administrator (Intermediate L1 / Junior L2) Role Summary G5 admins handle moderately complex Linux server issues with a deeper understanding of OS components, file systems, services, and basic networking. Key Responsibilities Perform in-depth L1 troubleshooting: High CPU/memory consumption Service failures with dependency analysis Filesystem permissions (chmod/chown) Manage user and group administration (creating, modifying, locking accounts).
