An opportunity exists for an experienced Linux Platform Engineer to join a high-performing managed services team, providing advanced 3rd line support for a large enterprise environment.
This role is suited to a technically strong engineer who thrives in complex infrastructure environments and is confident in troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining Linux-based platforms within a service-focused, ITIL-aligned framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line support and advanced troubleshooting for complex Linux infrastructure incidents
- Maintain, manage, and enhance Linux server environments (Ubuntu and Red Hat)
- Support system stability, performance, availability, and security across enterprise platforms
