About the Role
Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of Engineering or equivalent (preferably Industrial Engineer)
- Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
- With experience/background in Quality Control and/or Assurance task is an advantage
- Conduct failure analysis training and monitoring discussion to new QC member
- Participate in process confirmation activities and make action plan for QC related findings
- Analyze trend of defect modes based on non conformance report received and feedback result to concerned members
- Initiate improvement plan meetings and discussion with other support group
- Issue Corrective action reports and discuss with concerned sections until closure
