About the Role
We have an opportunity for a Lifecycle Services Engineer based in Brisbane, QLD. Lifecycle Services Engineers provide technical service and support to Emerson’s Australian and New Zealand customers based locally and throughout Australia & NZ for our products including Delta V, SIS, including maintenance services, diagnostics, installation and commissioning, start-up and problem solution.
They act as a focal point for customer technical support, preventative maintenance, improve product performance and customer satisfaction. Key Deliverables include: + Provide prompt response to customer requests for service + Ensure timely execution of planned maintenance activities + Provide phone support for DeltaV clients + Customer site work may require periods of 1-2 weeks onshore and 3-4 weeks offshore, away from home + Expected to be part of on-call roster + Undertake or escalate technical investigations in response to customer requirements + Develop and comp...
