Job Title: SPE Life & Annuity (L&A) Operations Fresher Location: Chennai Shift: Flexible / Rotational Shifts Experience: Freshers & Experience both Experience level: 0-5 years Job Responsibilities Process Life & Annuity insurance transactions with high accuracy. Review policy documents, beneficiary details, premium records, and customer requests. Support policy servicing activities including updates, withdrawals, and benefit-related transactions. Verify and validate customer information as per process guidelines. Ensure adherence to SLA, quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems. Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the appropriate teams. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer and policy-related queries.
