Ray White / BPG is searching for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join us in an  exciting new role in a growing, market-leading business.

  •  This is a pivotal Senior Leadership position, requiring a proactive individual to take on all aspects of Bona Fide Control and ensure the highest standards of compliance, culture, and growth across the business.


    As the Licensee, you will be based in Thornlie and report directly to The Director, as well take take responsibility for overseeing all BPG Employees in the South Metro / Perth region.


    What You'll Do:  Leadership & Culture Devote the majority of your time to attend the office to set a leading example of the desired work ethic and culture.


    Attend all necessary corporate, industry, and company events, including monthly meetings with the Director’s Advisory Board.
