Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Pharmacy with valid PRC license
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting
- Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations, medication dispensing
Responsibilities
- Dispensing medication per the prescription, or doctor’s order
- Maintains accurate inventory records, monitors stock levels, and check expiration dates
- Ensures compliance with DOH, FDA, PDEA, and hospital accreditation standards
- Maintains complete and accurate pharmacy records, logs, and reports
