Blue Jean Condominium Management is a fast growing Condominium Management Company located in Calgary. We are seeking an energetic, self‑motivated professional Condominium Manager to manage a portfolio of condominium properties.

Role Summary

The Condominium Manager provides strong leadership and direction on behalf of the Board of Directors. The role oversees all aspects related to the operation of the property and performs day‑to‑day operations with assistance of an administration team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance duties and tasks including but not limited to: preventative maintenance, coordination, obtaining multiple quotes, dealings with vendors, fire safety, landscaping and snow removal
• Enforce Bylaws, Rules and Policies for assigned properties
• Written and oral correspondence to Boards and Residents, including reporting and obtaining approval from the Board
