Licensed Architect

• Design and produce detailed architectural plans and models in compliance with building regulations.
• Collaborate with the management and CEO to understand their needs and incorporate their vision into the design.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
• Conduct site visits, overseeing construction progress and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.
• Research and recommend appropriate building materials for various projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or any related field
• With at least 1-3 years professional experience in architectural field
• Can handle multiple projects while adhering to deadlines
