Licensed Architect

Architects who work in the construction industry designing new buildings and/or residential houses and the spaces in and around them. Create unique and well-organized structures. Their duties include meeting with clients to discuss their vison, drawing up building plans and modifying their designs throughout the building process to maximize structural integrity.

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural.
• At least 2 to 3 years experience in Construction, Field Works and Residential projects.
• Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD), AutoCAD, sketch up and 3D rendering
• Good Communication Skills
• Know how to drive and preferably living nearby Muntinlupa area.
• Must be knowledgeable in Interior and Exterior designs
