Job Description
We are seeking a PRC-licensed Architect to join our team in a full-time, office-based role . The Architect will be responsible for preparing design concepts, detailed drawings, and coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate and buildable outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, plans, and detailed drawings
- Develop 3D models and high-quality renderings for presentations
- Produce complete construction drawings and shop drawings
- Review and revise plans based on client and project requirements
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
- Conduct site visits for verification, measurements, and inspections
