Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Level 2 Support Technician** to join their team **onsite** in Woburn, MA and provide end-user support. This is a long term contract opportunity.


The ideal candidate must have experience with Windows 10 and 11 as well as ticketing system experience (preferably ServiceNow). The candidate must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates with manufacturing or supply chain environment experience a plus. **Day shift schedule and must be willing to work some OT and after-hours.**
