About the Role
SMX is seeking BLUEFOR Exercise Planners to support US Space Forces Indo-Pacific (SFI). As an Exercise Planner you will provide high-level subject matter expertise to lead the integration of space domain effects for Blue Forces into theater-level exercises.
**This position requires a current DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI which requires US citizenship.**

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Lead and facilitate all phases of the exercise planning cycle, from concept development to exercise execution, ensuring a robust exercise framework.
+ Develop Master Scenario Event Lists (MSEL) focused on SFI executing its role as the Theater Joint Functional Space Component Command into each exercise's Blue Order of Battle.
+ Responsible to act as ECG member or white cell member for exercises they planned to ensure their MSEL objectives are met.
