About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to review court documents and legal records to determine case outcomes and support the processing of substantiated allegations.
This role requires strong reading comprehension, the ability to understand legal terminology and court documents, and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable researching records, communicating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review court documents to determine whether allegations were adjudicated or dismissed prior to adjudication
