What the role is:
Lecturer / Consultant
What you will be working on:- Lead end‑to‑end human‑centred design research to inform service, product, system, and information architecture decisions across academic and industry contexts.
- Apply mixed research methods and behavioural experimentation, using AI as a support tool for analysis, synthesis, and sense‑making.
- Translate research insights into clear, practical design artefacts, including IA frameworks and evidence‑based recommendations.
- Develop research outputs, tools, and frameworks that build capability, support evaluation, and contribute to grants, pilots, and industry engagement.
- Collaborate with faculty, students, and industry partners to facilitate co‑design, research readouts, and alignment sessions with strong ethical grounding.
