Leasing Staff

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Leasing Staff to join our growing team. The role is responsible for supporting leasing operations, handling tenant relations, preparing lease documentation, and assisting in client acquisition activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lease agreements and leasing documents
• Assist prospective tenants and address inquiries professionally
• Conduct client scouting, negotiations, and sales calls
• Create and support leasing marketing initiatives
• Build strong relationships with clients, schools, and networks
• Ensure excellent customer service and tenant support
