Leasing Paralegal

An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Leasing Paralegal to join a well‑established law firm. This autonomous role works closely with a Senior Associate and will suit someone confident managing leasing matters end to end.
 
The Role
 
You will support a busy practice acting for both landlords and tenants, managing a mix of retail and commercial leasing files.
Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing leases
• Drafting and preparing lease documentation and associated agreements
• Managing lease registrations and post‑completion requirements
• Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders
• Negotiating leasing clauses
• Handling matter and general file management duties

About You 
 
To be successful in this role, you will:
