Position Summary
The Leasing Assistant supports the leasing team in day-to-day operations, providing administrative support, assisting with property showings, and maintaining relationships with current and prospective tenants. This role helps ensure the smooth leasing process by managing inquiries, organizing tenant documentation, and assisting in the leasing and marketing of properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Leasing Manager and Leasing Agents in scheduling property showings and tours for potential tenants.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information about available units and the leasing process.
- Prepare and maintain leasing documents, including rental applications, lease agreements, and renewal forms.
