About the Role

Experienced Learning Support Assistant - Wembley Area
Full-Time | KS1 Small Group & SEN Support

Your Role as Learning Support Assistant:

You'll guide young learners, sometimes one-to-one, sometimes in small groups, helping them discover confidence and curiosity.
You'll run your own nurture group, offering a calm and caring space for SEN pupils to learn, laugh, and belong.
You'll stand beside teachers, shaping a classroom where every child feels safe and seen.
And you'll live out the school's values, fairness, compassion, and community.Who You Are:

You're patient, resilient, and kind.
You find joy in teamwork and take pride in showing up every day with purpose.
You have experience supporting primary-aged children (and if you hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching Assistance, even better).
You're someone who wants to keep learning - about others, about yourself, and about how to make a difference.
