We’re looking for a caring and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive team at a specialist SEN secondary school in Ealing. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils aged 4–11 with additional needs and be part of a nurturing, therapy-led setting.

What you'll be doing:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs

Encourage a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

Support pupils’ social, emotional, and educational development
*

Help with classroom organisation and learning resources
*

Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to monitor progress
