Learning Specialist

The Learning Specialist supports the execution of the organization’s learning strategy by delivering reliable, accurate, and timely learning services across PMI learning platforms. The role focuses on learning administration, platform and community support, case management, and reporting, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality learner experience through established processes, systems, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage learning service requests end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate resolution in line with SLAs and KPIs
• Deliver core learning administration (session management, registrations, learning hours tracking)
• Support learning platforms and communities, including content, assessments, learning plans, and user management
