JOB DESCRIPTION

Training Design, Development and Implementation

  • Identify training/learning needs for EDD divisions by doing Training Needs Analysis.
  • Create training plans based on TNA results and/or requirements of job positions.
  • Design and development behavioral and leadership trainings based on TNA results.
  • Implement behavioral and leadership trainings to targeted participants thru various methodologies.
  • Monitor the status of different behavioral and leadership trainings.
  • Prepare post training reports and associated analytics.
  • Lead the behavioral team in ensuring targeted trainings are being implemented to targeted participants.
  • Assign behavioral team members to conduct trainings based on TNA results/ job position requirements.


Performance Management

  • Administer and monitor KPI creation/evaluation of the organization.
