Job Summary
Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs that meet the needs of our organization and contribute to the professional development of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and a proven track record of delivering impactful training solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
Competency Matrix
Collaborate with department heads to gather insights into specific skill gaps and developmental opportunities.
Analyze assessment data to identify trends, patterns, and common areas of improvement.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive competency matrix outlining the required skills and knowledge for each role.
