Enhance and deliver existing onboarding programs, both online and in person, to ensure new employees are effectively integrated and equipped for field readiness.
Facilitate refresher training sessions to reinforce knowledge, maintain compliance, and support continuous performance improvement.
Collaborate with the L&D Manager in planning, organizing, and executing training initiatives aligned with business needs.
