Work experience – at least 3 years in IP-Admin (Docketing, Paralegal etc.) in-depth knowledge of Trademarks, USTM Prosecution, Madrid and EU Trademarks and TM Priority & seniority concepts, and other Non-US jurisdictions (is a plus) Education - Bachelor's degree in any stream Prior experience of working IP Management systems like, Foundation IP, Memotech etc. Train the Trainer, instructional designing is a plus.
About the Role
We are looking for a Learning and Development Partner - Trademarks to join our IP360 (IP-Admin Training Team) in NOIDA. This is an amazing opportunity to work with the Training Team and help grow and upskill young and dynamic IP professionals. The team consists of 6 Trainers and is reporting to the Associate Director, Service Operations.
