Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Learning & Development (L&D) Executive to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs across the organization. This role plays a key part in identifying workforce learning needs, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of learning initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Determine Workforce Learning Needs- Collect and analyze competency gap data from line managers.
