About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities -
+ Own and deliver sales onboarding, role readiness, and ongoing capability programs
+ Partner with sales leaders to understand skill gaps and translate needs into practical learning solutions
+ Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences (live, virtual, and blended)
+ Create and maintain sales learning content (playbooks, job aids, guides, reinforcement tools)
+ Support sales managers with tools and frameworks to reinforce learning in the field
+ Analyze feedback and performance data to improve learning effectiveness

+ Stay current on sales best practices, methodologies, and enablement trends
What we are lookin for -


+ 2–5 years of experience in Sales L&D, Sales Enablement, Commercial Training, or a related role

+ Strong understanding of B2B sales environments and sales motions
