Learning Content Creator

We are seeking a Learning Content Creator with a heavy emphasis on multimedia production to spearhead the content strategy for our new global Learning Management System (LMS). At a scale of 6,000+ employees, our goal is to move beyond traditional click-next training. This role is onsite in Regina, SK.

 In this role, you will be responsible for turning our internal knowledge base into a polished, world-class digital library. You will be the bridge between workforce knowledge and high-fidelity production, transforming educational intent into seamless digital experiences that drive organizational development. You will use your expertise in graphic design, AI, new media, and video storytelling to create a seamless, polished, and modern learning environment that employees actually want to use.

Duties and Responsibilities 

 Content Development & Design
