As our Learning and Talent Development (LTD) Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our talent development initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional support across all Learning, Talent and Development (LTD) initiatives. This is more than an administrative role – it's an opportunity to make a real impact on employee development and organisational success and would suit someone with desire to develop a career in Learning and Development.
You’ll be the go-to person for all LTD queries, working collaboratively across departments to coordinate LTD initiatives and maintain essential systems that help our people reach their full potential.
