About the Role

As part of Eyeline’s Technology organization, you will drive the strategy and execution of learning programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams of creative and technical professionals, you will assess skill gaps and prioritize training needs. Your leadership will guide the development of an artist-friendly learning ecosystem by nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
