About the Role
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or a related field
- Fresh graduate with max. 1 year of experience in the related field
- Skilled in public speaking and learning program design, familiar with digital learning platforms (LMS), and have strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be located in South Jakarta (Gatot Subroto)
Job Description:
- Design and develop a learning curriculum and syllabus
- Create engaging and effective learning methods
- Implement technology-based learning solutions (LMS) to improve learning quality
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing training programs
- Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with users
- Assist in basic photo and video editing for learning content
